What is the best career advice for 2019?

Giving your time, listening, advising and genuinely caring for others are great ways of building a culture of caring, sharing and encouragement. If we succeed in doing with sincerity and without an ulterior or calculated personal motive, this is the among the best career advice (among others to come!) which I can give you for 2019.
