10 factors to consider in a job search/ interview process
The following are 10 points which I published on LinkedIn
from a business perspective, but which are also highly relevant from a
candidate perspective, while looking for or interviewing for a new job (other
than of course elements such as the salary offered and the possibility of
career advancement).
When changing/considering a job change, the following points may help you evaluate what the hiring company has to offer you:
resilience, adaptability, hybrid workplace models,
technology advancement, training employees on digital and soft skills, creating
an inclusive workplace, agile change management, increasing customer
satisfaction, ensuring data security/compliance, and fostering a positive work
environment.
