The customer is not always King!
Customers are the key to success in any business. At least,
that’s what we have always been taught!
But the reality is that every business has its good customers and those they
don’t need.
To ensure your customer has understood how you work, you have to set certain
guidelines such as:
Communication:
Use clear and concise communication methods to ensure that information is
conveyed and understood effectively
Standardize Processes:
Develop standardized processes and workflows that the client has access to
Deadlines/Contract
Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Maintain Professionalism:
Treat all clients with respect and courtesy, fostering a positive working
relationship.
And if all that doesn’t work, it is probably time to change clients! 😉
